2. Review your quote
Review and approve the proposed work and price. Diagnostics may be needed before quoting a repair.
3. Pay the 35% deposit
Pay 35% of the approved quote before we coordinate your appointment.
4. Confirm your appointment
We confirm a suitable time and work area. Submitting a request alone does not book a visit.
5. Complete the repair
Your technician performs the approved work. Additional proposed repairs require your approval.
6. Invoice and payment
Receive the invoice for the approved service and pay the remaining balance through the available options.
7. Share your feedback
After service and payment, you can share an honest review of your experience.
