Question 1

Can every engine or major repair be completed on site?

Accepted Answer

These requests are assessed individually. We review scope, vehicle accessibility, work area, and parts before confirming mobile suitability.

Question 2

What should I send with an engine-repair request?

Accepted Answer

Provide the diagnosis, vehicle and engine details, existing estimate or findings, parts information, photos, and exact service address.

Question 3

What areas do you serve for engine and major repairs?

Accepted Answer

Major repairs are reviewed individually within our listed Kentucky and Southern Indiana service areas. The exact address, required equipment, vehicle access, and workspace affect suitability. Confirm the proposed setting and work before planning the appointment.

Question 4

How do I get an appointment?

Accepted Answer

Submit your vehicle details and exact service address. We review the request and provide a quote. Approve the quote and pay the 35% deposit before we coordinate your appointment. The approved repair is followed by your invoice and payment.

Question 5

How do I get an estimate for my vehicle’s major repair?

Accepted Answer

Send the existing diagnosis, inspection findings, vehicle and engine, parts information, and service address. If the cause or scope is uncertain, further diagnosis may be needed before an accurate major-repair quote can be prepared. Your Jobber quote defines the proposed work for approval.
